Max, as long as YouTube are either part of family sharing, or apart the same 
Apple ID, this should not be a problem. You don't have to restore from backup 
on her particular phone, all you need to do, is signed her into the app store 
with your Apple ID details, and then she can go in to your purchases, and find 
the app in and question and download it. Or you can do the same. I hope this
