A coworker just sent out information on this app. It is free, and is similar to Blind Square, but more simplified. I've only played with it briefly. It is not quite as precise as Blind Square. While sitting at an intersection of 12th and Belmont, it said that intersection, then said 13th and Belmont. We were not going toward 13th, so I'm not sure what that is about. But, it is free, so give it a try. It will do turn-by-turn using Google Maps.
