I don't know of an app that does this but the https://ytmp3.com/ website does a great job of it on your computer. You find the youtube video from which you want to extract the audio in mp3 format, copy its URL from the browser address bar, and paste it into the insert box on the ytmp3 site. There is a convert to mp3 button just to the right of the box where you paste the link and another button for downloading the converted mp3 file will appear at completion. And of course, you can download it straight to the desired Dropbox folder on your computer.
