Yes and yes.  I’ve gotten the ship rack mail box is full in the past day and I 
quite agree with Sieghard parcel track is proving itself to be a worthy 
replacement to Ship Rack though my sentimental heart is still sad to see it 
wither on the vine. The email forwarding feature works great by the way once 
you copy your unique email address into your contacts of your mail program or 
app of choice. I find that its makers don’t always respond but work to fix 
feedback concerns quickly.  Oh yes Sieghard I’ve noticed that too and have 
reported that as well and would love to see locations in notifications so do 
join me in politely requesting it (smiles).
Parcel Track is free but to get its premium features you need to subscribe but 
I find it more than worth its minimal fee.

This isn't an answer to your problem with Shiprack directly, but you might want 
to try the app Parcel Track. I have been using Parcel for the longest time but 
tried Parcel Track as it was mentioned a few weeks ago and I quite like it. It 
does also have an email to which you can forward emails which contain a 
shipping number, but I rarely use this feature. If you have a tracking number 
in the cliboard and start a new package it will automatically insert the 
tracking number and auto-detect the carrier. Notifications work well and come 
quicker than with Parcel and I'm quite happy with the app.

Only thing I have to maybe let the developers know is that notifications don't 
include locations, it may say "Arrived at sort facility" but you won't see the 
location unless you open the app. Notifications from Parcel included this, e.g. 
"Arrived at sort facility Richmond BC".

You can archive delivered shipments and it seems like it is for an unlimited 
number of shipments, I believe Parcel can only save 100 shipments.

tracking numbers to [email protected]? Doesn’t look like they are going to
