Hi Nancy, If you had a friend update your iPhone to iOS 11 then you are on developer beta 2 and I truly hope your friend likes you better than to do this to you. There are some good features coming in iOS 11, but right now there still is a lot not working and nobody's primary device should be on iOS 11 right now. I would check in Settings > General > About and see what version you have or you can also go to Software Update since it will tell you the version there as well.

If my memory serves, I should now be able to do some things to keep the SE more like a 'regular' phone. 1. What should be done to keep the SE from changing from regular phone to speaker phone and back again 'automatically'?? 2. Is there something I can do to keep the phone from talking when I just pick it up? 3 Since I have made the update is there something that needs to be done so Siri will activate when I say 'Siri' instead of 'Hey Siri'? Thank you so much for any help you can give! Waiting in anticipation, Nancy and her SE -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
