Unfortunately, on the new Mac’s with the touch bar. You do not receive the start up chime.

If so, after you hear the startup chime, hold down the Option key. After about 10 seconds or so, hit Right or Left arrow. On my Macbook, Windows 10 is the default and I need to hit Right arrow one time for Mac OS.
