Hi all, Can any of you that use an apple watch series 1 tell me if you can get a feature to work? I'm trying to pause and resume a workout and, according to apple documentation, you should be able to do this with pressing simultaneously on both digital crown and side button or by force-touch on the screen. I called apple about this and they said it should work. I reset the watch as new but no luck. Then they suggested it might be needing to be serviced. I sent it out and got it back and issue still persists. Very frustrated since no one at apple tech phone support could give me a clear answer about weather this feature is supported on the apple watch series 1.
If any of you can let me know it would save me a trip to the apple store to get this confirmed once and for all. astounding that apple is so unclear about functionality of their own products...
