Hi, Don: I have had no problems using Be My Eyes. The latest version has more volunteers helping out. If you call at night, someone in another English speaking country comes on to help, so you’ve got volunteer access 24/7. I’ve used it to read my AC thermostat, to read recipes from boxes, and to check computer screen if Jaws didn’t work. Nice free app. Louise Peyton
