hello, Not sure if you got many answers to this yet. I have only used it once, I have only had it for one week. Personally, I think it is well worth it. Now the agent helped me find a building on my campus which I was having difficulty finding. I love having a live person Who can assist with mobility. Hope this helps. Nancy
