Haven't tried barcodes but will. It did not blow KNFB away on documents for
those I tried. But my sample size was limited. I wanted to really challenge
it with a receipt and it failed every time.
But identifi blows KNFB Reader away on many cases where text is quite
difficult. Of course, identifi does not allow review of the recognized text.
I will try it on my most needed application - the scanning of snail mail
(which should have already ceased to exist in 2017).
