Janet, The Belkin lightning adapter Rockstar that I mentioned last week and that sells for $39.95 at the online Apple store lets those with an iPhone 7 convert its lightning adapter into two lightning adapters so they can both use the wired earpods and charge the phone at the same time. You don't charge wired earpods so I'm confused by that part of your question.
