As you know, i am in the UK, and i know what you mean.
The best way, to try to get these companies, which in this case is
microsoft, is to Email them, and let them know, how you feel about this
matter.
That's what i did.
I'm not saying it will make a difference, but it is all we can do.
It is also the same for people in Australia.
It really doesn't make sense, when they leave out, major English speaking
countries.
Also, what makes me laugh, is that one of the developers of this app, is
from the UK.

I am getting so impatient waiting for the Microsoft seeing AI app, living in
Ireland, as I do. I know I can set up a separate Apple ID et cetera and go
to the US store, but is there any way around all this? after all, it is a
free app! I want to avoid having to set up with payment cards and addresses
that I don't have et cetera. does anyone have a quick and easy solution for
