I recently reset the settings on my phone. I received a warning that my credit card would be removed from apple pay which I thought was fine since I could simply add the card back llater. I've tried twice now to add my card (the same one that was in apple pay before) and both times I got a message saying unable to add a card at this time.
I should mention that I typed in the information manually rather than taking a pic of the card.
