I use it as well. And, for the most part, I've been able to do whatever I wanted, meaning such things as viewing and paying my bill and checking my data usage for examples. I did have a problem two or three months ago when I tried to change my data plan through the app, as I had to get sighted assistance to tap on one of the buttons. But, the app is often updated, so things may have changed recently.
