hi, I have an iPhone 6, so, no 3D Touch. however, and I just tried this, if you get the focus on the page tab and double tap and hold, The same options, including one to close all and then it gives the number of open pages.
I bet there's loads of functionality I never knew existed because I never thought to find it!
