Hi All, My wife & I use the S E , 6 iPhone models, but she's sighted, & I'm blind. On my phone I have it set so you can adjust the hering levels while on the phone without affecting the alert / tones volume levels with the volume buttons on the side of the phone.
Well, I've got her phone set the same, but somehow her alert & tone levels change when she uses the side buttons to control the hearing volume level when she's on the phone. Would y'all please tell me what settings I need to change, & where to find them to stop this from happening?! All help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks mooy moocho. Take care. Mike. Go Dodgers!
