I've had varying results with ParcelTrack and Amazon shipments. I've successfully added Amazon shipments to ParcelTrack by forwarding the shipment notification email to my ParcelTrack inbox and I've also had failures when doing that. If forwarding the email doesn't work, I simply copy the tracking number from Amazon and paste it into a new ParcelTrack shipment. Good luck.
