Yes. The app hasn't been updated for a long time but the developer of Downcast has indicated that he will be doing an update hopefully soon. Meanwhile, you may want to look at Overcast. Also, be aware that Apple will be massively improving their podcast app with the release of iOS11 which is likely to happen in September.
