If you set up a finger print (Touch Id) you must have set up a passcode as well. You can't set up Touch Id without a passcode because if you restart your phone or your finger print for some reason can't be read you have to enter your passcode. If you definitely didn't enter a passcode then Touch Id is not set up, if Touch Id is set up you definitely have a passcode and if you don't know what it is you are in some trouble because if you go to Settings > Touch Id and Passcode you will be asked to enter your passcode, this section cannot be unlocked/opened with Touch Id. I would try it and if you can get in without being asked for a passcode then Touch Id is not set up.
Keychain is where passwords will be stored in a secure area on your device. iCloud Drive is Apple's version of Dropbox or OneDrive, your 5 Gb free storage can count towards it, you can buy 50 Gb more for 99 Cents a months.
