Whether you purchased it or not, just go to the App Store, tap on "Updates" at the bottom right and then tap "Purchased". On the next screen select "Not on this iPhone" and you can go through all the apps free or paid which you ever downloaded. If that doesn't help, go to the list archive and do a search for "Craigslist" as there was a discussion not too long ago about it.
