Well, it is apparently free and this is a new version. So maybe there is hope. 
I know that especially Windows users of had a lot of trouble with iTunes. And 
it's not always a picnic on the Mac either. So anything that makes this process 
less of a hassle would be good. My PC is too old to even fool with any sort of 
transferring anything to anything else.
