It's still working for me with Outlook 2016, JAWS 18 and Windows 10. You
might try taking this to a list where it's more on topic and provide
some more information, such as what versions of Outlook and Windows
you're using and what screen reader you're running. You should also
explain more about what happens when you hit control+shift+f.
