It was a volume issue.
If it's on 1% VoiceOver becomes unresponsive.
They've also reintroduced some bugs like the Karen TTS saying one meter
ago instead of one minute ago.
A very bad issue has to do with messages.
When you get a message, and flick down to delete VoiceOver says ( Null.
If the app is taken out of the background it works as expected.
I've filed a report via the feedback assistant but not sure if it will
be addressed before the release.
Hopefully it'll be squashed in a patch update.
