Good morning everyone. I'm using a 6S and an iPod 6 generation. I'm in ios 11. Has anyone noticed the arrow keys don't work anymore as they used to in the previous IOS this is in the mail app on my phone and iPod. I can't use my up and down arrow keys to read a thread of messages. Sometimes I'm able to delete a message or threads of messages using the up arrow other times I can't. Another issue I'm having is I could press the home key and it would allow me to back out of an app. I'm not able to in IOS 11. I have tried turning the keyboard and the devices off and turning them back on but nothing changed. I sure hope there is a solution to these issues or that I'm not the only keyboard user who is having these issues. Can keyboards become obsolete? Thank you for any help or suggestions.
