I remember this from that version of IOS. It didn't happen all the time,
but it would definitely happen. You should go ahead and upgrade unless
there's critical things that you do with your phone not yet supported by
IOS 11. It works fine on my phone with all of the apps I use.

Hi all. From time to time my voice over will stop working,
particularly after I use siri. The only way to get it back is to have
siri turn voice over off and then have siri turn voice over back on.
The home button triple click doesn’t seem to have any effect. This
happens once every day or two. Not horrible, just annoying. Is there
anything I can do to alleviate the problem? I’m running IOS 10.3 on
an IPhone 7. Maybe the problem won’t happen after I update to IOS
