My friend Kelly told me that one of her friends had to re-set her phone
before it would update to the final build. I think I'll have to, also
because mine says, "11.0. Your software is up-to-date."tp

When I attempt to do this, it says your software is up to date.
I'm guessing that they didn't make any changes and what I have on my phone
