I looked up the information on Apple in their support section, because I was having a similar problem. Apparently, if you press too hard, or too long on the app, it goes into the shortcuts menu. It takes some practice, and it’s taking me a while, but it works great once you get it to behave. You can drag it add it to other things, take for five things at a time, you could even put folders in folders now. So take some time with it, it just takes a little bit of finagling. Each time just hit dismiss and start over. It takes me a while each time I want to move it out, but I’m slowly getting the hang of it.
