Also, the compact voice sound not very clear, so is a evident difference
between both kind of voices.

Hey my friend, you have to go to settings, general, accessibility voice
over, click on voice over on and flick right and you will see compact voice
toggled on or off, and you just toggle the setting. Morgan.
