Hi Donna,
Adding new message folders is simple and straightforward. Here’s what you do:
1. While in any mailbox, locate the Back button and double-tap it to get to
your list of mailboxes.
2. Double-tap the Edit button.
3. At the end of your folder list is a New Folder button. Locate the New Folder
button and double-tap.
4. Locate the text field where you can type the desired folder name, double-tap
on that field to open it and type the name for the new folder.
5. Near the upper right corner of the screen is a Save button. Double-tap that
button and the new folder is created.
6. Back at the Mailboxes list, double-tap the Done button, which should be
above the list of mailboxes. That takes you out of edit mode, and you can then
open your inbox.

When you’re back at your inbox, double-tap the Edit button. Double-tap each
message or message thread that you want to move. Navigate to the very bottom
of the list and double-tap the Move button. In the resulting dialog,
double-tap the name of your newly-created folder and all of the selected items
should be moved.

I hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.

Tom
