Sorry, Vicky, that’s a no go, apps are tied to the Apple Id they were purchased by and you can’t give somebody a physical copy of an app. At best they might get it to work if you also gave them your Apple Id and password, but I’m not even sure how realistic that might be even if it were something you would want to do, I certainly would not give anybody access to my Apple account.
