Hi, Have you searched for firefox version 35 and downloaded it? Webvisum will work with that version. Install it in a directory you type and not the default so it won't get updated. Versions after 35 will not run the webvisum plugin and won't bust the captia. Make a shortcut on your desktop for this version and only use it when you have to get past a difficult form and use the most current version the rest of the time. Bryan
