I am running an iPhone 4 but I've also noticed an increase in battery life. I will play music for 40 minutes while working out and before it'd drop a few percentage points. Ever since upgrading to IOS 6.0 though, I will start my exercise at 100% and then by the time I get back upstairs it's still at 100%. Unless it isn't registering properly, it seems to be more efficient with power usage somehow.
