Hi Morgan, Plug your phone in, make sure WI-fi is turned on and mak sure you phone is locked (as in auto lock). The high-quality voice for the primary language you have selected should download. The time that it takes for this update to occur has been estimated anywhere from 15 min. to up to four days. Personally, I had the high-quality voice back within 15 min.
