I thought about the router, but it seems it is not the problem. I rebooted it. It is my own and it is old with the latest possible firmware, but I have no problems with other devices. At the moment I have only my laptop connected and I can open sites, download files, watch video on it without any problem. I connected another laptop and no problem there too. This problem occurs on the work network too. They are different routers on different places, different times. On work network we have many devices. The situation with my iPhone there is the same. If I turn of WiFi on iPhone and leave only 3G, nothing changes for better. I struggle for months now, and I have no answer to this.
