Hi Denise, OK, assuming this is a Bluetooth pairing here is what you want to do. First, turn on the keyboard using the switch on the right-hand side. The keyboard is on when the switch is positioned farthest away from you. Now unlock your device. And go to settings and Bluetooth. Along the top row of the keyboard the key on the farthest left side is the escape key. The next three keys are the ones you’ll use to switch between your paired devices. Press and hold down whichever Key you want to pair two for three seconds. A light will come on and I think it will be blinking. Now, on the phone wait for the device to appear in the list of Bluetooth device options. Then do the normal process to pair it as you would any other Bluetooth keyboard. You will have to type in a code which I think is five or six digits and then press enter on the Logitech keyboard then it should be paired with your device.
If you have any problems let me know. This keyboard is a little flaky on occasion so what you want to do when you go to use it is first turn on the keyboard and then unlock your device. If you don’t do it in that order the pairing can be a little flaky on the reconnect.
