Hi Mary, There are several ways to do this, but the syntax I have settled on is to say: "create an appointment titled Dr. Smith on November first at 10 AM." Siri will repeat it and ask if you want it scheduled, say yes and you are done.
You can add the length of the appointment to by saying create a 90 minute appointment, and so on.
