I have been using it since its inception. you must first add a credit card or debet card to the scan and go account settings. Basically he double taps the green button to start the scan process.Place the back camera over the bar code and it adds it to the cart. If you accidently add an extra you can double tap the item and decrease the number of items or fully remove it from the cart. Of course this is with voiceover turned on.
