Hi Katie, Well, I could not activate that option yet. I called Garmin, thanks to Raul's info, but while waiting fro the rep to return while I was on hold, I was cut off. In summary, I should have received an option to navigate by bus, but I only have vehicular and pedestrian thus far. I'm in Albany, NY, and I hope it's available here. I'll report back as soon as I have something to report.
