If you swipe to it and you hear “Family Sharing” followed by a name that means you have family sharing set up and the name will probably be that of your wife, at least that is how it is for me. If it’s not set up double tapping on it should guide you through it, I have no idea about the steps involved any more since I set it up a couple of years ago and haven’t touched it since.
