Hi,
I am still trying to determine the best way to take advantage
of joining Weight Watchers.
I have an exercise bike but it is not connectable. I am thinking I could still track my exercise by entering the data into an app. What apps do any of you use that are accessible for doing this kind of thing? Are there any that you use that detect your motion and track your time/etc while riding a stationary bike? Of course I am hoping for something free but if needed I could pay for one if it isn't too expensive.
If there are any that will feed the data into Weight
Watchers' system it would be even better. I know that the
Weight Watchers app will feed it in but it would have to be
manually entered into the app first. Just trying to avoid as
much of this as I can. Does this mean I am basically lazy?
;-)) (probably)
Thanks for any help.
