A computer backup with iTunes also does not back up music and neither does it backup apps. If you are physically syncing music on your hard drive then that music is also synced back to your phone if you restore from an iTunes backup. iCloud backups are not what they used to be either, they are almost as good as an encrypted iTunes backup and probably better than a non-encrypted iTunes backup. I'm not saying one shouldn't do a backup to iTunes if you have a computer, but if you do one you might as well do an encrypted backup to at least get the most out of it.

You are missing a backup to your computer. If for some reason your iCloud backup is corrupted, the computer backup is a fallback. An iCloud backup is not foolproof.
