Shermeen, I was looking for the same thing recently. I found tons of spin videos on youtube, but none with instructions telling you what the instructor is doing.
I was considering reaching out to eyes free fitness and talking to them about it. They have other fitness tracks and the instruction is pretty good but currently no spin classes. I will let you know what I find out if anything once I email them.
