Gerardo, I've also got Microsoft Word 2010 and documents I create on my computer with it and save to a Dropbox folder can be opened with the Microsoft Word app on my iPhone 7.

If you have an Office 360 account, or if you've installed Microsoft's One Note and their cloud application, then you can save the document to the cloud, then open it up on your handset to work on later.
