Hello everyone, I’ve not tried this program yet. Been meaning to do so. Just hadn’t gotten around to it. However, I have a totally blind friend, who has been using it for some time, now. He has a 6S, with I believe the latest update. As well as latest app update.
He told me today that he used to be able to see everything in his library. But that now this isn’t the case. He said that where he thinks he should see his library, I think he said this was toward the right side of his screen, it states screen curtain on, and won’t show the library. He says that if he does a search for something he’s purchased, it then will show it. Does anyone else use this App? Is anyone else having any sort of problems, especially when it comes to seeing their Amazon video, library? Can anyone offer me some thoughts, or suggestions?
