Hello: Since I have upgraded to the latest version of iOS 11, my Bluetooth keeps turning itself back on after I turn it off. I have turned it off and the notification Center, and in settings. I have shut the phone off, and turned it back on and it keeps happening. I have looked through Settings and have been unable to find a place that lets me control whether or not Bluetooth automatically turns on. If anyone can help me out, I would appreciate it.
