The personal insult was not necessary and was over the top. A 2000 meter trial would not give me the information needed to give any but the most basic feedback. For one thing, 2000 meters would not give one the opportunity to see how it performs in a moving vehicle. And you shouldn't have to come begging to them for an extension. Even a one day trial would be better, especially considering that they are using a subscription model.
