Unfortunately, there isn't a list of product unlock pricing ingrediants. You can see what properties make what products and how much gold you need to buy the property, but you don't find out the product unlock costs until you've purchased a property, and you only see the next product unlock price after you have unlocked the least expensive product. This is is my only major pet peeve with this game.
