hello everyone, I am trying to do a hard reset on my iPhone eight. I followed the instructions, tapping the volume up button, then tapping the volume down button, and then pressing the side button which is the sleep wake button. Nothing happens. How long should I hold in the sleep wake button? I must be doing something wrong. Thanks in advance.
