Well have your fin call the Apple help desk, or hot call Apple itself and they can help her walk through to change the volume settings and you can also set, the volume on the rotator on the front of the screen but there are several settings for volume one for ringer one for talking on the phone so there are several ways to set volume unfortunately on the iPhone but have her call Apple and they’re wonderful people they work very well with blind people and explain things they can even go, on the phone and correct the settings through her phone so that’s what I would suggest to you have a great day
