Hi Larry, You can't just copy stuff to an iPhone or create folders like in Windows or on Android. With iOS 11 Apple has made file management somewhat easier by introducing the "Files" app which works with most major cloud services like Dropbox, OneDrive and of course iCloud Drive. You will be best off using one of these, Dropbox or OneDrive, then you have access to all your files that are in those folders on your computer on your iPhone and you can save email attachments and so on to any Dropbox or OneDrive folder. I don't know if you could actually use Safari and, for example, go online to the Freedom Scientific website and download Jaws 2018 as a file, never tried it.
